By purchasing our services, you agree to the terms outlined in this Policy in accordance with applicable United States laws and regulations.

2. Payment Terms

All payments for our window decoration selection services must be made in full at the time of booking, unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept major credit and debit cards, as well as secure electronic payment methods. Prices are listed in U.S. dollars (USD), and all transactions will be processed in USD.

You are responsible for providing accurate billing information. In the event of failed transactions, we reserve the right to suspend or cancel the requested services until payment is successfully completed.

3. Refund Policy

Due to the personalized nature of window decoration selection services, refunds are generally not offered once the consultation or design process has commenced. However, partial or full refunds may be granted at our sole discretion in cases of:

• Service cancellation by the Company prior to delivery.
• Failure to deliver services as described in the agreed scope of work.
• Duplicate payment or billing error caused by our system.

4. Cancellations

Clients may request service cancellation at least 48 hours in advance of the scheduled appointment or consultation. If cancellation is made within this period, you may be eligible for a partial refund after deducting administrative and scheduling costs. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled time.

5. Non-Refundable Services

Certain services, including customized design plans, special consultations, or third-party product recommendations, are strictly non-refundable once delivered or initiated, as they require significant preparation and expertise.

6. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a payment or refund dispute, clients are encouraged to first contact us directly to resolve the matter. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be handled in accordance with applicable U.S. consumer protection laws. Chargebacks initiated without prior communication may result in suspension of future services.
